About mimoso

Fewer things. Better things. For the animal on your couch.

mimoso is a small US pet shop with a short list. We don't stock 4,000 products. We stock the eight or so that we'd actually buy for our own dogs and cats — a harness that stops pulling, a bowl that slows down a gulper, a brush the cat doesn't run from — and we write honest pages about what each one does and doesn't do.

How we pick

Every product has to pass three tests before it goes on the site:

1. It solves one real problem. Pulling on the leash. Fur on the sofa. A bored indoor cat. Not "cute", not "trending" — a problem you actually have.
2. It's the version people keep buying. We look at what thousands of pet owners are reordering and reviewing well, then find the same design without the brand-name markup.
3. We'd be happy to get it in the post ourselves. If the buckles feel cheap or the battery dies in a week, it doesn't make the list.

Straight answers

Delivery takes 7–16 business days, not two, because our products ship from our partner warehouses rather than a store room. We say so on every page. In return you get free shipping on everything, a 30-day no-questions return window, and a real person answering email within a business day.
